James was the service tech who responded to our call for replacing the garbage disposal.  Our unit was probably the original 2012 insinkerator 1/3 hp and was very rusted inside the walls and spinning disc grinder edges.  I'd taken the unit out to inspect for corn skewer nails that had washed down the drain under cover of suds and were fouling the rotor.
